Brand new with only 15miles on the OD.
"Hey Tai..go and break in the engine for me"- Anh Long(pretty cool friend, huh?)
"Ummm..I don't have the time to break in the motor probably" me(was hours away from head up to T-Hill for 2days of track riding.
"but I can break in the tires for ya"-me
20 minutes later....
All the guys motion at the tires with it's edge gone.
"hey, I can't disappoint"- me
everyone is in APPROVAL
Interesting, this is how I learn and felt of the MV.
Needs to be set up but what bike doesn't. She needs tons of time to learn her but same again..however, some bikes you get to feel them quicker in my opinion. They talk to you faster. Eager to communicate. She a bit more reserved. Or it could be that I didn't want to bin her, afterall, she was a friend's gurl. Can't really thrash her like your own. Suspension was harsh but it has 15miles ..what can you expected. Power? Well, I didn't want to play with that so I didn't open her up at ALL. Maybe later. Just keep the corner speed up by staying off the brakes to get the lean angle I wanted.
Brand new tires. Dealer put in the air pressure that I bet is way to high so without a gauge I lower it before even throwing a leg over her. Really would like to get to know her more. Perhaps one day I can have one in my stable . ONE DAY.
But she was a really nice lady. refined and definately got tons of looks.
Passed a family loading up a FULL works Porshe onto an enclosed trailer. That thing must have cost a house in Alabama or somewhere else, just not here but all eyes on Tai riding the silver n red F4. How cool is that???
Can't wait to see what she will really do at a spirited pace or Anh Long suggested at a trackday. I can ony hope.
for all you guys that own one? Congrats on a beautiful machine.
