Who here rides in NYC? I am gathering ducati related local info for a new website and I am looking for some input on places you like to ride, hangout, etc for NYC. I used to live and have alot of Ducati people that I still hang with there but it would be cool to have some different input. Anything at all, weekend rides, late night spots to ride to, cool parking spots, food related, drink related, whatever. Overall cool ducati/bike related NYC stuff. Thanks!

Bar Matchless (www.barmatchless.com) in Brooklyn, run by Eric Green of Team Obsolete. Great place to watch the races. He has a little shop next door (www.worksengineering.com) where there's usually a bunch of classic Guzzis and a few vintage ducs being serviced. It's one of the places I miss the most since leaving.

The Matchless is still a great place to meet on Mondays. The races are great during the season, and thru the cooler months Eric has been showing some vintage MC related Movies. Snacks from the local eateries, and beverages from the Bar Matchless make it a great place to take the edge off a new week. G train accessable.

Probably anyone who owns a Duc, and wants to meet other owner/riders already know about DESMO. Our holiday dinner event gathered about 100 members for food & raffled prizes. The 2007 calander is filling with rides and group events.
