Default Old style versus new style riding comfort

Okay I know the old style is a little less extreme in the riding position than the newer SS style. What I would like to know is the difference so much that the older style could be a practical daily ride?

Thanks
Pete

If you're referring to the 91-98 when you say "older style" then yes, it can be a comfortable daily ride. I'd def recommend the Corbin or similar seat though, the stock one gets a bit hard after an hour or two.

Thanks for the advise, but I've whimped out and bought a Suzuki GS500E. Was a bargain and like brand new.

Maybe next bike ...
