Oh, man, why'd you have to post that? Luscious...I actually got goosebumps. So, can I talk you into sharing your investment? And (not that it matters after hearing it) what kinds of gains did you see on the dyno?

Very nice pipe work. I think your bike sounds better than most superbikes.
Is your bike stock color? I thought all FEs were silver.

Thanks all.

I did dyno the system, but due to high humidity, the numbers are a bit suspect. Plus, I installed the dual FCR's at the same time and only got to dyno the low mount system, which apparently doesn't flow as much as the high mounts. Even so, I got about 4hp. Will be doing a another dyno with both low and high mounts soon.

At 3000rpm, the sound meter read 104dB.

Yeah, all FE's are silver but I like the red better.

Dynoed the system and here are the results (all in SAE, although the dynos are taken on different dynos and of course on different dates):

BEFORE: OEM Mikuni carbs, Dynojet stage II, BMC airfilter with perforated airbox cover, 944HC Pistal pistons, BCM mild head porting, lightened flywheel, OEM headers, Termi slipons, = 82.1 HP and 68.5 ft-lbs torque.

AFTER: same as above but with 41mm FCR's and the custom spaghetti's = 85.8 HP and 75.1 ft-lbs torque.

Deltas: +3.7HP and 6.6ft-lbs torque.

But what you can't see in these numbers is that with the spaghetti's/FCR's, the "brickwall" that the 2V engine hits above 7500 RPM is much less and HP tapers off less.

Nice for a non-SSie 2Vduc.

I think the exact cost depends on the cost of materials - contact Doug at ARC Fabrication at srrenn@metrocast.net or call BCM.

But, it is much much less than the approx. $3000 USD Termi wants for their full spaghetti system.
