My bike has electrical problem!

Hi guys need some help here. I experienced some problems starting my bike. Sometimes it will suddenly cut off and when I press the starter button there's no power. I noticed that the neutral light is flickering when I squeeze the brake lever and when it stops flickering, everything's fine the bike will start as if nothing is wrong. I suspect that it is one of the relays. Any ideas? TIA

IF the battery is showing more the 12.5 volts
THEN I would trace your grounds (1 from battery which should end at the frame near the underside of the tank) and the ground for the switches. Remove both of them use alittle sand paper on all metal making contact (wire ring and frame) and reassmeble.
