What years were 1/2 fairings?

In looking at the Ducati website, it looks like the 2005 1000DS only comes with a full fairing. Does anyone know if it is possible to convert it to a 1/2 fairing? I like the look of the 1/2 fairing, but it looks like it was only offered on the lower spec, and older model bikes.

Yeah i think they still offer it,

to convert is super easy going from full to half, other way round you need some extra brackets etc.

if you find used fairings from a 98/99 model the graphics on the side say only DUCATI and not either 750ss or 900ss. Unless you want a 1000ds sleeper dressed as 750ss????
