Converting Sport to Supersport

It is in my desire to convert my 2001 750 Sport to a Supersport. So what I would need to swap/add is a front caliper and disc, aluminum swingarm, and what else?

BTW for the swingarm, I found a 94 900ss swingarm for sale on ebay. Does anyone know if it would it fit my bike as stock?

Adjustable suspension. While you're at it, may as well just upgrade to SBK front forks, Ohlins if you can deal with the $$$, or something like that.
I think the earlier model SS swingarm is shorter than the '99+ versions, but I'm not 100% sure on that one.

Is it the beefier looking kind?
