Default Oil Leak

I have a 01 750 ss just started a small oil leak some where near the clutch slave cylinder. 1. What is the most likely cause 2. How do I find the leak 3. I have just read there is a common leak with the 750 if it is that (I assume it is) how do I fix it. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Default Re: Oil Leak (ShawnfromAust)

Not sure if its the same on the 750, but on the 900's there are a couple o-rings on the clutch input rod that runs from the slave cylinder thru the block to the clutch itself. These o-rings sometimes get nicked/cut/etc. and leak oil from under the slave cylinder.

I had the same problem with my '99 900SS. It was a warranty issue for me, but it looks like you are out of your warranty period. Time for an evo or yoyo clutch slave...
