Default Attention 900 owners, a little help needed.

I have been having a little problem buying a carbon fairing kit off of ebay, the front fairing doesn't seem to fit. The seller told me that she measured all her fairings and they are all the same size, and that no customer has ever complained. She suggests that because my 2001 Supersport is a 750 Sport, instead of the advertised 900, that it is the reason why the fairing wont fit.

Attatched I have a picture of the difference between the stock and the one sent to me. I am asking for some 900 owners to measure the size of the arc. My measured roughly 12 and 3/4, and the one sent to me measured roughly 8. Somebody please give me a measurement so that I know what I can do.
Thanks
-Dan

Sorry, I remember telling you that I would measure it last week. I got buried and it slipped my mind. I just measured my 900 and it seems to be about 12.5 from the tip to the base of the arc, so the measurement is the same as yours. That makes sense, considering the bodywork is all interchangable between the 750 and the 900. Sounds like they are just feeding you a line to try to get you to go away. How did the rest of the bodywork fit?

Can you tell us who you got it from, I purchased several pieces from EBargain LLC and they did not even come close, I got a full refund including shipping. The front fender was for a Monster and advertised for a 99 and newer SS.

Hey thanks for the measurment. Im sick and tired of this company. I bought my stuff off of Ebargain. I must have contacted them via email about 20 times and about 10 phone calls. The carbon fiber is crap, there are mistakes in the contruction everywhere, the weave is a smaller cheaper weave, and not to mention it doesn't fit at all. I got the lower fairing in which is one piece. I cant imagine how bad it would look after the heat from the exhaust would get to it. Im returning the body and going with a stock body. I really wanted to have a unique body. I guess I have to get a nice paintjob now, but I dont know what route to take. Thnaks for the help guys and if I have any tips for you it would be this, dont buy off of ebargainllc from ebay.

Fairings are the same. You're getting jerked around.

yeah - fairings are the same - I have a 750 sitting in my garage, right next to my 900....all the same....

what's funny, is that Ebargain looks to be selling the same carbon fiber crap that I bought a while back from O2Sports....or something like that...

all of it was 100% crap, the finish quality was extremely poor, the fit was even worse (when the stuff fit in the first place), and most of the stuff wasn't even made for the bike they were advertising it for....
