Default 99 900ss GREEN!

This is my 1999 900ss I picked up with 800 miles on it.

I took it down to its frame and motor and wheels, changed fluids, added power commander, air box mod, Strati pipes, Cycle Cat bar risers, Sargent Seat, stainless steel fasteners all around, Magnacor wires, took all the emissions and crankcase vent off. CF front fender (on it's way) and other CF parts including belly pan. New 2003 mirrors, and flush mount turn signals.

Paint was done in Moto Guzzi Lanagono Verde, 2 silver, 4 green and 4 clear coats with 91' decals. Mosslander Rod and Custom in Monroe Washington did the paint.

Waiting for the Chromex ceramic coated exhaust.

Scott

Looks like you deleted too many of the '/' for the img function! You don't need the 'url' tags either, just paste the web address for the image between the [img] tags and it oughtta work.

I thought about the red frame, but the gold was in perfect condition with so low of miles and the wheels in red would be too much. I Like the green and gold with red highlights and am thinking about having the calipers powder coated red.

If I powder caoted the frame red (Italian red/orange) I would do the wheels in white.

Problem is the bike has been down too long already for parts and I am aching to ride.

I second the red frame! Black wheels though. Nice job!

Wow that looks absolutely beautiful man, well done.

The Guzzis have very nice colouring and what you have done looks very sharp!

My inspiration was my 2001 V11 I owned, stupidly sold it to by a Harley, sold the Harley with 500 miles on the clock and bought the Duc.
