Just picked it up... yeehaw!

I just got my new supersport 1000. Well, 50 miles ago. I really like it so far. So much more aggressive than my stock monster. Can't wait to pile some more miles on it.

so what is the break-in period for that bike....how does she sound...??

Well, 100 miles down. The front end comes up pretty darn easy in 1st gear without breaking the break-in rules to much. The hardest thing is going to be riding it only ~600 miles before the 18th (when my service is scheduled.)

I really like the way it handles, absolutely amazing, the tires don't seem that great though. Hopefully they'll get better as they scrub in, but it seems like by the time I had 100 mi on the metzlers for the monster, they were pretty sticky and good to go. These Michelins still fell a little too slick to inspire too much confidence.
