Default Supersport Dyno results

It seems that the good fellows at REV cycle/Ducati of Toronto have sorted out my 2003 SS 1000DS. It was running way rich and needed a few tweaks all around. Had a STM slave put on to ease the strain on my shattered left wrist. Had the belts done while she was there as well as all fluids changed. Had the bike dyno'd and here are the results.. 89.9 HP @ 7750rpm
70.1 lbs/ft @ 5500 rpm

Can't wait to bring her home but she's in a nice warm place right now.

Is that bone stock or do you have some bits on that scooter? Seems pretty high if she's just stock but good news nonetheless.

Remus high mount exhaust is the only performance mod. Robert Trottier, manager at REV was quite impressed with the numbers also.

That seems about right to me.My 2002 900 sport recorded 79.41 hp at just under 8,000 rpm.Didn't get a torque reading.

Here is a run I did with my 2000 M900ie just after it was broken in. Not bad for a little monster.

I see the numbers on the chart are adjusted twice. SAE and Adjusted. Do you use the middle or the last.

These are adjusted for sea level and ambiant temps, correct?

Still excited that I can say "she puts out 90hp!"

I always just look at the measured because that is what really matters. SAE is nice for comparisons to other results, but there is usually a fair amount of dyno error. So in the long run it is just a way to see if you are in the ball park. Dyno runs are best used for adjustments/changes/tuning to your setup.
