Oops...pretty close. I have number 317 (1995 900 SP Red).

Still have it, better than ever.

Actually, yesterday I sold the 748R I was so proud of in order to make space for a 1098 and I´m already regretting it but as for the SP no way I will ever sell it!

Wow - that was pretty close!

I sold mine in 1997 in favor of a 916 that I plan on keeping "forever." I never thought the SS would be worth the "cost of admission" to make track worthy so I just upgraded to a desmoquattro! Now - almost 10 years later I am thinking of a non-SV 650 option for lightweight racing and the SS is back on my mind!

Good luck with the 1098 - best looking Duc since the 916!
