Walked out of the house 2 days ago to find the neighbors cat playing scratching post on the seat of my 06 800SS.
Neighbor is going to pay to have it fixed or replaced.
I know she isn't exactly rolling in $$$ so I'm looking on Ebay for a good used one or a take off from someone who swapped on a Sargent or Corbin.
Thing I need to know is.... what years fit for sure? and what years will be a color match? I don't want to figure out how to swap off the tank pad so I want to stick with the same gray color.
Or my second thought is to find a upholstery shop that can fix the punctures with some kind of vinyl repair goo.
The cat just made a bunch of small pinholes for the most part but everytime it rains out the seat foam will get wet and turn into a sponge and stay wet making my ass wet everytime I get on it for days
Third thought is trying one of those DIY vinyl upholstery repair kits if I can find that stuff anywhere.
