Default 91-98 SS slipons

We have a load of 91-98 Carbon fiber, round canister, high mount, slip-ons for just $300.
Very easy installation, Passenger pegs wouldn't work with this exhaust.

Appears to be what I'm looking for! What brand are they? How loud are they? Thanks.

Those slip-ons are Gia.Ca.Moto sold as Ducati Performance. The sound lever I would say is just right not very loud (like D&D) or to quit like a stock pipe.

Default Slip-ons

Hey Bob, I run some carbon slip-ons on my '99 that were sold as Ducati Performance. Not sure if they are the same manufacturer as the ones you are looking for, but mine are not very loud, sort of a subdued rumble until about 8000 rpm then a loud machine gun like sound. The rumble does carry quite a distance, however. I let a friend ride mine and heard him for quite a long time and was very surprised. Don't know if that helps you, but my two cents..

Thanks man. I just got this 900 FE and put a set of Keihin flat slides on it with K&N filter and open air box...love the power but would hope to open it up on the out-side a bit. I've been thinking Staintune but the price is just too much so the $300 caught my eye. I've ordered a pair...high mounts...metallic oval cans. Hope they provide more power/free flow without being too loud. I like to run in stealth mode

Thanks for your comments. Would love to see your bike high mileage bike sometime. Are you a member of US Desmo? I'll be at Ducks Along the Blue Ridge in May.

Well I ordered the cans on the phone and they got here today! Installed and went for a test ride.....great sound...not too loud....good fit. The bike runs fine with the current set-up of open air box, K&N filter, Kiehin flat slide carbs from Ca Cycle Works. The cans have a bit more bend than stock (like on a Monster) which touches my heel but everything else is good. Thanks AMS for making it quick, easy, and affordable. They had carbon and silver, round and oval...good selection.

Just ordered mine in Carbon. I had Gia.CaMoto C/F cans (low mtd) for many years and repacks. They were great.
I paid 300 USED on ebay for those. This deal is great.
Thankyou Advanced for making these items for our "Classic" SuperSports available. MORE ITEMS PLEASE !!!

Default Match Jet Kit

I am awaiting on the order confirmation from AMS on these high mount pipes.
I wanted to know if they would match up well with a Stage 2 Jet Kit?

Default they are on

Well I got around to putting the new high mount carbon fiber pipes on the bike. I did have stock pipes with a K&N air filter and FCR 41's , they worked nicely. I used to be able to hear my dry clutch, not any more. What a sweet sound and my midrange has much more torque, along with dropping about 15 or 20 lbs. Some say that the stock pipes flow as good as any aftermarket pipe, after changing the pipes I don't agree at all with that. I am not sure if I lost any high rpm power, but I'm not worried about that with a much better low and mid rpm grunt. Thanks for the great deal on these sweet pipes. I gotta snap some pics for you guys to take a look at.

Do you still have the low mount set? If so, carbon or alu?

Your full system rocks. This is the system I picked up in person back in March. Very pleased with the look and sound.

Thanks again, Ed.
