Default choke wiring

While preping my bike for the track I wish I could ditch the wiring for the directional, lights and choke on the left handle bar but I still want to be able to adjust the choke for cold starts. Does anyonne know of some other jig available or experimented with successfully for the choke. Thanks in advance.

Not sure what year SS you have but, on my '95 the choke is attached to the master cylinder and I was able to remove everything else. ( I left the plastic disk that separates the choke from the control pod )

The choke cable end can slip out of its little 'holder' but I just pop it back in and adjust the choke and turn it off when warmed up, haven't had a single issue. Nothing fancy but it works...

I'll post a pic later tonight...

Here's the pic - hope it helps..
