Default Ohlins fork service

My Ohlins R&T fork seals are leaking. I'm trying to decide if I should buy the proper tools and replace the seals myself or send them to a professional to replace the seals and while they're at it have the forks revalved, sprung and setup for my weight. My 998 is now track only.

I'm 160lbs. - what weight is stock R&T fork sprung for?

Any recommendation on good suspension tuners?

Anyone have experience with Pro Pilot in NJ? They are only about 30 minutes from my house and I wouldn't have to worry about shipping.
