Thanks,
But I'll be home later so I can check my own manual.

Needed to check something before I got home.
Thanks again.

Duke, thanks, just finished rewiring the 748--everything came out great.
One problem. Can someone explain how the voltage circuit for the temp gauge works? When I turn on the ign. the gauge pegs to full hot (I can't start the bike yet, it's in the basement). Following the diagram above to the coolant temp sensor (top) orange and blk wire goes to the gauge along with blk (ground) and blue (source 12v) so the org/blk is (signal)..right? The wire at the temp sensor shows about 6-7v (regardless if it's on or off the sensor).
I assume it works like the tach and TPS as the wiring's the same.
After 10 hrs of wiring...I'm too tired to figure it out now
Thought I'd ask for a short cut???
TIA
