Question on an LED upgrade.

Just a thought, have any of you upgraded your standard filament bulbs in your speedo tach/cluster to led's? Im talking 916/996/998 here
I also would like to make the tiny bulb in the headlight assembly an LED as well. Which bulb #'s would they be for the headlight "tuiny"bulb" and the bulbs for the tach/speedo/idiot lights
I think it would be a nice upgrade ans still keeping with the essence of the bike.

Do a search on Ducati.ms...someone did that recently and listed the bulb types and had some pics....

The bulb type you need is "Wedge" also called "W5W" bulbs. Do a google search on W5W LED and you should get TONS of internet shops.
Those are the lamps for lighting the gauges.

If you want to play with the warning/signal lamps, those are the smaller W3W bulbs. Not sure if anyone makes LED´s that size..
