Default Injector trouble ???? 748R/injector options

Adjustet my idle today (748R)
TPS adjudted to 150 mV and "idle" bolt/nut adjustet to 381 mv (ref BikeBoy.org). 1.5 turn out for the bleeders.
Idle about 1300 rpm.

(No need to adjust CO, as (I use an afr tuner, that adjust the micture on the rear and front cylinder to an afr value at about 13)

Seems fine, but looking at the rear injector....
The following is happening the bike idles ok for 30 seconds.
And the then rear injector seems to squirt all over the place.....
(Dumps uncontroled amount of fuel (down at to the sides of the injector)

and the bike dies. (with higher rpm the engine runs).
Dont know if the fuel comes from the injector nose or throug the O-ring!!
(Some more detective work need to be done).

(I going to change the front and rear injectors tommorw, and see if its the same result).

Will the new style 749R injectors fitt my old 748R...
(If I have to get new ones,or some others form the magnetti range
IPWR range with better spary patteren)

And before TYE1138(just kidding) says dont invest inthe old in bikes.
My 748R(853R+S) is putting out 2 bhp more than a
a 749R with the corse engine kit, and I have 10 nm more at 11500 RPM as opposed to my friend 749R (with kit at 13000 rpm).

Default injectors

I seem to recall a discussion with Travis at Corse Superbikes about the R throttlebodies being somewhat backwards. IE the rear butterfly traps fuel on top of it at idle and then dumps it when opened. He mentioned spinning the throttle body around to correct this like they are on the 749 and up. I am afraid I dont have any insight as to why the rear injector would "spray all over the place." Replacement injectors for the R bikes are hard to come by on the used market. Best Wishes Brad.
