Oil Light Function in 748

Hello,

How does the oil light works? It’s a on/off switch or slowly opens!

Yesterday I washed my bike and went for a short 15 min ride. In the final of the ride I was pulling thru the gears and it seemed that the oil light just gave a little light, very faint, at 11000 rpm. But I don’t know if it as the sun light hitting the led.

Is it possible for the light to open a little bit?

I’ve just put a new pressure sensor!

Should I be worried?

It's a low pressure switch.

If you're really worried, attach a temporary oil pressure gauge and monitor it for a little bit.
