Havent tried one in the dyno yet, the intake is a tad longer than 1098 and it wont be far off with 1098 settings imho.

the 1198 is a beefed up 1098 pretty much by factor 1198/1098, a bit longer cams, lift and bore and stroke.

They may be a bit more conservative on cam timing since the 1098 stalling issue, which would be a shame since you miss out on the 100cc extra. I'd try 105/110 for starters. 1098 with advanced cams has worked fine for me with basic settings properly done.
