Default Koso instrument gauge - any experience with this

koso north america, gauge, gauges, motorcycle gauge, car gauge, motocross gauges, automobile gauge, atv gauge, speedometer, tachometer

checking this out for '00 996

has anyone looked at this or used it?

Yes, one of our members over at VFRD tried to use them on his VFR.

Would not work, something about pulses per rotation for the speedo function. Customer service was unable to diagnose nor help.

But, maybe it will work for you.

I know the RX1N.

Very good item, great quality...but for an undefined reason it doesn't work for bikes as Hornet 600 -98/06-.

These parts are very similar to Yamaha OEM R1 and R6 instrument gauge.

I just got one for my Monster. I gotta tell you. Its really cool. I am doing the install tonite and will let you know of the progress.

I took photo's and wrote up the install procedure. I put it all in a word file but it is too large to up load with the embedded pics and all. if you pm with your email address I can mail the doc to you.

Were you guy's able to get the gas gauge or light to work? I've heard they are a bit tricky...
