Default Beater Alloy Tanks For The 1098

THIS ONE IS A 19 LITRE(actually 20 litre) OEM SHAPED 1098/848 TANK IN 1.5MM
WEIGHT IS 2.28KG(THE 1.2MM ONE WILL BE 10 PERCENT LIGHTER MAYBE)

They do have a 749/999 version, but its got dual holes for endurance racing. I guess that wouldn't be too bad.

Did you guys get the weight? its roughly 5.5lb's, which is pretty good. The stock tank on the 1098 isn't much lighter then that.

The pricing seems steep; $2200 bux! OUCH, but I guess if your running AMA, you don't have a choice. I'm going ETI fuel cell on my 749R for this season, but they're evidently illegal in AMA. The ETI tanks are 1/2 the price, if you're a racer.
