He's either been kicked off altogether or just created some new ID's to work under. He was so stupid to even petition Paypal to reverse the judgement claim against him, after he already sold the tank again! He sent them three different requests, and each of them has the note; "still waiting for fax from seller."

Notice how after I showed both listings together, he has not replied? He sent me an email through Ebay of all places, talking more trash and just helping me compile the long list of his retarded efforts to bury himself. His ass is fried and he knows it.....

His Motochristo account just got dropped leaving him to use the "avivpo" ID, so watch out for that (as well as some new names, if possible).

I do not feel sorry for him one bit, he has to earn his living in a more honest way or it's gonna keep biting him in the ass.

If I had to guess, I'd say you didn't get paid for the last auction(s) and have again relisted it. Way to go Paypal! Either way, you're breaking the law by signing for something and not paying for it.

And of course, you posted a bunch of delusional bullshit rantings with zero substance. You do need to defend yourself if you plan on selling any more of your crap. But at least you made the changes in your newest listing (which is linked a few posts above) to attempt to cover your dumb ass, but it won't help if people aren't going to follow through with the sale, considering they are not going to pay you unless you can provide a REAL payment service that will protect them from your rip-off ways.

The photos you listed aren't any less filtered than all the others, so that's not gonna do you any good. Maybe if you use the same camera you took the picture of yourself painting your ugly ass toes with to take photos of your work, you might get somewhere.
