I sent the tank to them through USPS with a signature required and after three attempts by the post office to deliver to these scammers, they finally picked it up. Then they called me on the phone in a drunken, obscenity laced rant, yelling at me and claiming that the tank was broken (a total and unprovable lie). Then they simply sat back all this time for nearly SIX months while EBAY and PAYPAL did absolutely nothing about the sellers illegal actions.
Ebay has spent all their time warning me for flagging this persons criminal activity, yet they still refuse to take action against the bad seller who is making them look like fools and incompetent business managers. I've pointed out to EBAY that this seller has used id's such as AVIVPO - MOTOCHRISTO - 56_PINE ST - METALUKA - EASTCOASTDUCATI - CARBONFIBERDEPOT - and more than I can write at this time. This seller has negative feedback under all of those ID's, which are all LINKED TO EACHOTHER by the seller's email addresses and phone numbers. All these ID's are publicly displayed throughout the net for everyone to see, simply google it.
This seller has gone to such sites as Speedzilla and posted in a thread titled: Ebay Carbon Seller Blacklist, where he/she has bragged about their actions and how they have ripped off many people and intend to continue doing so in NEW YORK or anywhere else they can fool people with their SUSPECT products.Beware of these crooks and avoid falling for their scams at all costs."
