hi you need the rear hub, axle, and rim.and shock linkage and i think the shock ,and the rear brake carrier is different also i think?the same person has the other items listed also,
There are all kinds of bits you would need to make this "complete". I have the same swingarm complete (small axle) and it was a bit&* to get all the parts even though it was listed in the Ducati Superbike catalog. Tooks 2.5 months of the dealer yelling at DNA and Ducati Italy before everything was obtained. Upper shock rocker, rear brake and carrier, ride height adjuster, CF protection bits, upper and lower chain rubs, etc.
Plus...it doesn't appear like the swingarm has been coated like the factory swingarms are...this one looks like it has been polished.
I am not sure, but I also think you would need a special wheel to accomodate the large axle...which might be difficult to find.
Looks to me, and I am talking out of my A$$ here, but that swingarm in the picture could be either a OEM sized axel/hub/eccentric or the Corse one depending on what you put in the swingarm. The diameter of the axel/hub is basaed on the ID of the eccentric, not the swingarm.
But maybe the Corse swingarm has a bigger hole for the eccentric.

Question is, What other items would I need other than the Big Axle and the Big Axle Bearing to put this swingarm on the standard 748/916/996.
Do I need a new rear rim? Does they come in a 17 inch diameter.
Hmm, can't you simply use the stock eccentric hub and axle in the swingarm? If so, you could probably get by with just the swingarm, maybe with some modifications to the brake hanger as is necessary with the Marchesini swingarm - Nichols or probably Motowheels could explain. For my swingarm, I could have just swapped the swingarms, modified the brake caliper hanger, and stiffened the shock spring and compression damping. This is basically all you need for street applications, where you aren't going to a straight-rate shock linkage geometry.
I don't know any local Ducati racers who used the large axle, but parts must be very hard to find nowadays. I had a large-axle 16.5" rear wheel for a little while by mistake, and I think that's pretty much the only size you're likely to find (slicks only) - and good luck finding one of those.

"Exercise restraint and discipline, only responding to posts from legit customers and those with constructive positive intent, you will find that the handgrenades explode harmlessly. You have many satisfied customers who are happy to have the parts you've made. My suggestion to you is keep making good parts, keep getting more customers, take care of them and let them speak for you."
I was afraid the big hub/axle would be a 16.5 inch application only.
I am still working on getting the longer swingarm and am wondering if piecing together parts off E-Bay would be better than Motowheels or DOS extended stock swingarm.
I think it will depend on the cost and availability of the other parts.
Wheels for the large rear hub were made in 16, 16.5 and 17 inch sizes. They are fairly cheap and easy to find since most race teams would have multiple sets and they have no street application.
I bought a brand new Marchesini 17" rear for $400.
If it's a true Corse arm then the hub has a bigger I.D. and O.D. We have most of the parts you will need (Corse spindle, axel nuts, brake hanger, caliper, rotor), but don't see a hub so I'll look around some more.

Just sold my Mg swingarm to a member here. It was a big hub swingarm that used stock size axle. 19mm longer. I'm sure there will be pics up as soon as the new owner gets it on.
I have a mag swing arm complete with bilit rear caliper, hanger, upper suspension link and adjustable ride height bar, chain rubs and carbon guard that is in my garage. what are they going for right now? What is fair? I need to get a truck this year so i can get my 998 to the track.
