The Techtronics stuff is excellent.

The Translogic stuff is not bad, but I find it fussy to fit, not very waterproof, and only interesting with the pressure sensor. Don't even think of getting the system with the little plunger sensor, you'll just end up hating the system.......

Translogic use two types of shifter sensor, one is a pressure sensor, a little resin shrouded 'box' on the link shaft with the cable coming out of it. This is great, and works very well. The other, older, type looks like a mini shock absorber, or a suspension data-logging sensor, and is crap. Fragile and not very water-proof.

The rest of their stuff works OK, but you have to be really careful with the quality of your connections (normal, really...) and I've had a few problems with the software, but other units have worked just fine, and the general consensus seems to be that they do the job.

Happy shifting !!!
