Is Section 8 still in business? I've been waiting for a set of triple clamps I was told they where being shipped 3 weeks ago, after numerous emails and phone calls have had no responce.

I know it's a matter of opinion...but I don't like the look of the DucShop top clamp. It may have saved time machining, or some may argue it's designed for more strength, but I don't like the look.

PLus..no Black either.

The black versions had a tendency to turn purple after being exposed to sunlight for an extended period of time.

Proper preparation and quality anodizing will help. But yes, prolonged exposure to sunlight will make them turn purple. I don't plan to park my bike in the sun. The only time it's in the sun is when I'm riding...then straight into the garage
