Default 748R slipper

When you assembly a standard 748R slipper clutch. The manual tells to put grease on the ramps. Does any one knows what type of grease it should be? Anything special or just normal genaral purpuse grease?

Jocke..........

Default Mabel, grease the Cat!

I'd put something that will stick and not fling off, high temp would also help. We don't want it running all over the place either. I'd use a synthetic bearing grease. Don't use to much and lube frequently. Pretty heavy slipper aren't they.

High temp copper brake lube or something really close should work. Regular grease will just melt, fling off, and end up all over side of the bike and your boot.
