Default Hey Buddy, can you give me a lift? or Dear Santa,

I have been looking at getting a lift to work on the bikes for a while and finally
took the plunge, in my wallet. Merry Christmas to me!!!
Should be here in about a week.

Pace Tools was the best price I could find at $938.00 shipping included.
I got the full package as you see it here. Granted, I am not much of a shopper. Shipping cost is the killer with these things.
I have checked around and it looks like most of the places that sell lifts sell the same unit.
If you are as tired of crawling around on the floor to work on your bikes as I was drop a hint to Santa. Only 43 shopping days away!!

Now, that's a great present to yourself (and your bikes)

Did you get the 15% off, website coupon?

I ask as I looked at those and the Handy Lifts as well.

Ended up getting one of these

This is the one I have. Probably not as nice as yours, but it does the job for me.

Default Lifts

I am thinking the Handy lift and the unit from Pace is the same thing.
The picture Ducman has is the same as the one I got but without the rear wheel dropout plate. I did get a better price than the fifteen percent
cupon deal when the talking was all done.
Nolowside, you found a good deal if it works but how about the shipping costs?? Yours was a nice price but the shipping weight was like 480 lbs?
What did it cost you when it got to your shop?
They all say $580 bla bla bla but when they get to the shipping cost part
that's when you c*#p your pants.
If you luck out you can find a nearby dealer that has one but they might whack the shipping to them on it too. Handy wanted $300.00 for shipping and Pace wanted $180.00, a no brainer for me. What I got was the four wheeler side panels included for the same price as without from Handy.
I have three bikes and a four wheeler now, new addition, my dogs Christmas present. The work I have to do just this winter called for drastic measures.
I have the four I will have to change oil on just for starters. I have a new
take off clutch to install in the 916 along with a light weight flywheel from Nichols. I need to get into the left side of the 916 anyway to change the
stator wires out to 10 gage to keep them from frying like they did already.
I figured I might as well put the Light flywheel in there while I was at it.
I really love the light flywheel on the Fila after I got the TPS reset and the idle turned up a bit. I have to pull the 916 shock out to have it rebuilt and
the Fila forks have to come off to replace the seals.
Seeing as I got the 27mm off set triple clamps from Section 8 my Bulldog
front end stand won't work on the Fila any more, dang.
I have a lot to do so I better finish cleaning the hogpen out. Started yesterday, what a pain. I swear someone came in the shop while I was gone
and made a big mess.

Yes, I am about 130 miles or so from Billings but alas I have already sealed the deal on the Pace unit. I think I will be very happy with the Pace system
with the side extentions. I have a four wheeler to work on now also.
I could have gone there to pick it up but never even though of those guys till you told us about them having lifts. Oh Well
