An exchange policy would be perfectly acceptable for minor faults / errors etc, but the disaster you sent cannot be covered by an exchange policy. The sale of such an item can only be described as fraud.
If you have so much faith in your product, and want to maintain and build good customer relations, then a money back guarantee should be a basic sales policy: The fact you do not make that offer says a hell of a lot about you & your products.

This Norbert fool is about the most delusional character I've ever witnessed living. Not to mention dyslexic when it comes to getting my name right: TD996???? Which confirms the experiences had by many others who've dealt with this unconscienable slumbucket.
I stated that I won a claim against this guy, and this is the reason his Paypal account was frozen: Because I won the case against him despite his auction stating exchange only, due to horrible representation and fraudulent claims in respect to quality and useability, among other things.
I personally saw to it to shut down his most recent auctions, which were being listed on Ebay UK! He was trying to sell the same tank I sent back to him, which is just another strike against him if he's paying any attention to the score. The fact is, there are too many complaints against this guy for him to continue in his crooked path. He has had all the accounts on Ebay and uses them individually to keep any one ID from getting too many complaints in such a short period of time. So he buys a bunch of stuff to get positive feedback, then sells 1 or 2 things to get 2 negatives. Then, if things are'nt going too well for him, he'll create another user ID and sell himself something in order to give himself the only positive feedback he can get. SERIOUSLY, take a look at the names I provided, you will find some of the names are cross posted with his other names! It's ridiculous how long he's gotten away with this,
BUT NO MORE NORBERT ! YOUR GONNA HAVE TO LEARN TO BE A GOOD BOY AND SEND MONEY TO THE GOOD PEOPLE YOU RIPPED OFF BEFORE YOU CAN PLAY ANYMORE!!!!!!

Nonetheless, you WILL have to return my money before you ever use Paypal. And you soon will be kicked off Ebay if you don't make things right, believe me, I will be making sure of that. You sure as hell don't expect people to give you their info when all you'll do is send them harrassing phone calls and emails, now do you? You need to wake up and smell the Carbon (the REAL Carbon) and stop thinking you can keep stealing from people.
It's not right and YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER! So be a good boy and start sending out your lost claim payments, NOW.

So you have lost so many claims that you don't know who's who now do you? Your intentions are lame, and your attacks on the people who are telling the truth about you are ridiculous.
Do you really not know what items you lost claims on???? Do you really believe that coming here or anywhere else that has something posted (about your bad selling habits) and trashing people is going to help your image? Grow up and try to sell stuff that you don't have to make yourself, because the crap you are making is crap, garbage, and risky to use.
There is a thing you can do if it really bugs you that you are being publicly announced as a bad seller. You can stop selling garbage. You can pay the claims against you. You can refund the money paid to you for stuff you know you haven't shipped or finished making yet. You can go into a different business where the people you are targeting aren't smarter than you.
Lots of ideas, all you gotta do is follow good advice and make things right, I don't care how old you are, it's never too late to change.

Going to the UK won't help either, I have begun my efforts to shut you down for being a fraud and a thief, time is short and you need to get things straight before it's too late.
