I found him by doing a google search for Boydsxs Inc. which is a name I saw on his ebay listing. Here is the link: http://www.usmarketrozlet.cz/_default.html
1. If we can get a more complete bio on this guy I think we should start a posting campaign of this and the other forums.

2. We can start sending letters to the attorney general in NY and ebay to push for some action.

3. We need to find out who his clients are from the above website. They need to know about his business values.

Whether it ultimately results in a refund is doubtful, but at least you will know this guy sold his reputation for a few hundred bucks.

Looks like this scum bag has some unfinished litigation in NY Family Court

2006-03605 In the Matter of Norbert Erlec, appellant, v Margaret Johnson, respondent. (Docket No. V-18840-05)

An Ebay crook and a Deadbeat Dad? Tell me it isn't so.

I'll see if we can get an address on our friend from his family court file.

Yeah I found all the above and some more but thought it a bit below the belt for this forum... However since we've started, I'll add my

He's also a sad lonely geek who's into singles speed dating - asian girls & mini skirts...
He poses himself as a ladies man on some lonely geek places as a self made exec. of University education, however one must wonder why he's selling crap carbon on eBay... and I really wonder where he gets off calling me a faggot...

Here's where I went really low in a slagging contest but I then gave up... he just never stopped - to stoopid to realise he's an idiot...

Agreed - we should oust the loser & notify other forums...

I got the listing from the link on this thread. By the way, I guess paypal is on to him as they froze his funds on a transaction. He whined to a site called Paypalwarning.com. He is using the alias A. Sakar, but it's our guy, same email address-same bad grammar.

Here is his series of posts:

Default Norbert Erlec, Presidnet Boydsxs - Scam Artist

This scam artist, Norbert Erlec is a classic. He holds himself out as the president of an international business development firm but is so broke he files for relief as a "poor person" in court to obtain a lawyer in his family support case.

Here is the docket entry:

Hi Fresno - let me try to straighten out something here or maybe I'm misunderstanding you...

You got the link to boydsxs from this thread?
So that means you didn't get it from my update to this thread posted 28th Dec???:

I'm not convinced that this metaluka guy isn't old Norbert - I'm pretty sure it is judging by the photos but I certainly don't wnat to slate someone without knowing for sure...

Hey Steve, how's it going?
Yeah he misquoted you, misquoted himself, who knows what that idiot's on... drugs probably...

The girl jumping around on the bed is Annie, don't know much about her other than she PM'd me here asking what was going on on her blog space with this NORBERT fellow - if you check the beginning of her thread, the sleazy fncker Nor is coming on to her...
I explained my case to her & promised I'd give up the fight with him in her space... She seemed like a nice girl but I never heard back from her after I told her history behind how it kicked off on her blog...

I've tracked everything from the Ebay link in your first post. I have it dated as 27th (may be because I'm on the westcoast). Here is the link.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200038889955&ssPageNam e=MERC_VIC_ReBay_Pr3_PcY_BID_IT&refitem=2000217869 98&itemcount=3&refwidgetloc=closed_view_item&usedr ule1=CategoryProximity&refwidgettype=cross_promot_ widget

In his ebay posting I came across the Boydsxs Inc. reference and went from there. Hope that clears it up.

Yeah it clears it up... it means we're going off on "metaluka" without any proof he's old Norbert... when you replied to my 12-28 post on 12-31: I thought you associated boydsxs with metaluka...

To "metaluka" - if you are not Nor then many apologies, but I believe you are Nor, so in that case, no apologies you thieving gypsy b@stard...

Default Where's my carbon fender, Nor???

Where's my fender that I paid for over 3 months ago and was supposedly getting "inspected before shipping" for about a month? Be so kind as to send the fender or my $140 refund.

Thanks for your time

Steve

Default Wouldn't it be better to deal with this situation?

If I had sold something on Ebay that the buyer was extremely unhappy with, I would deal with it.

To the seller:
Before letting this thing get any more out of hand, you might consider refunding the buyers money and sending a call tag for the part if you want it back. Try to be the bigger man and try to end this thing properly.

Well Nor, at least you finally had the balls to actually post - I guess your new ebay id being ousted really touched a nerve...
Yet it's somewhat sad to see you are continuing your email & ebay trait of making no sense... just what exactly is your point of defence here...?
If that's you resting your case, the jury will most certainly hang you - all you have succeeded to do is confirm everything we've said about you..

As sparky nicely puts it:

So Nor -> deal with it, or live with me hounding you...
Your sad, pathetic, derogatory web pages won't change that...
