HA! Yeah, I just got a PM from him qouting my earler post too.

So Motochristo - since you're registered and don't have a problem PM'ing either of us why don't you post here with an explanation or something to clear the air.

If your products are as good as you say or you feel you've been given a bad rap by this thread this is your chance to clear up the confusion.

I'm completely sure that if you were to turn this situation into a positive one you could make an absolute mint selling carbon produts to the members around here.

I really look forward to any information you'd feel to share.

Thanks for your time.

I'm thinking that he shipped to you so you have his address; if it was me I'd have knocked on his door by now. SOMEthings can only be delt with in person; up close and personal.

Oh yes - without a doubt I would pay this man a visit if I was close enough... Unfortunately it's a long way from Stavanger in Norway to New York..

He'd not be so darned cocky going toe to toe with me...

I'm not into threatening the guy, so far this is just one bad part. That can happen from anybody. For all I know my fender is just fine and making its way across country right now. I hope so anyway.

As I wrote to him in PM, how would he feel in a similar situation? I don't think it's an unreasonable reaction to be concerned about a purchase you paid for a month ago and have yet to have in hand.

Actually it's not just one bad part - I have evidence of more cr@p from this motochristo - I'm waiting on the other guy to post here, or give me permission to quote him....

Regardless, please do let us know how you get on with your part

And come on moto - tell your story fair & square...
I'll bet you don't dare public post cityboy...

Default Now look what motocityboy went and did...

I don't believe the nerve of this seller: scroll down this eBay page & check out him bad mouthing me - in fact badmouthing all of us on this forum - on a sale already closed...!!!

This is getting a complaint from me to the eBay customer service...
Edit: actually on 2nd thoughts, I'm not gonna complain - re-reading it he's the one that looks like a fool and any sensible person will investigate further, follow the links to this forum in the feedabck & make up their own minds... If the guy can't impress a bunch of ducatisti - that's enough said for the quality of his parts...

It just goes to prove the point that we are right & this has touched a nerve with motochristo - hence his lack of posting in defence here...

Yep - complete turd - he actually got my telephone number from eBay and tried calling at some mad hour here - he left a very abusive message and actually sounded drunk... idiot...

Default Suspicious tank on ebay... Motochristo's new ID??

Oh dear.... I'm not a betting man but judging from the terrible photos & first hand knowledge of his cr@p, I'd lay some pretty high odds this tank is another old Norbert E Erlec special... He seems to have dropped his motochristo / christomotor activity of late & perhaps this is his new identity...

Caveat Emptor...

I'm not so sure ...those tanks shown look alot better than the POS you bought. What did you end up doing with that waste of CF anyways?

Default Ebay is good to deal with

You can file a claim with Ebay if "the product received was significantly different from the one advertised". I bought a Navigation system (headunit) for my Mercedes and it was perfect minus the scratched out part numbers, i couldn't confirm which model (many models, not all compatiable) it was so it was returned for full refund.

You may have a case here, Ebay is good about protecting buyers.

Cheers,

Hey Fresno - YEP - THAT'S HIM!!! - boydsxs, cnor, motochristo, christomotors and now metaluka - that's the old NORBERT E ERLEC up to his same old same... Where did yuou manage to get this info - is it easy in ebay? Cool one

WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM THIS EBAYER - SPREAD THE WORD!!!

I'll keep my ebay vigil going for his dodgy products.... This man's a rip off merchant..

http://home.nyc.rr.com/norserver/Technology.html

Edit 07.01.07 - looks like old Nor's still reading here - he's now removed the above webpage, but still hosts the slagging of me below...

If you type the same url but change the ending to htm (not html) -you'll be led to old Nor's interpretation of me from the exposure he's had on this forum...

http://home.nyc.rr.com/norserver/Technology.htm

Last time he was quick to change these links so I ended up removing them... but now I don't care, read away...

No, it's definitely him - the crappy pics were a give away & now good old Fresno has found out for sure

I still have the POS carbon effort... see below...

Cheers,
So far, towards me as a one man show; eBay have been utterly fncking useless.... all I get is the same old same bs customer response from several different agents... jumbled mass of non helpful nonsense - motoboy would fit in well there...

Nevertheless, I have been collecting contacts of dissatisfied customers of this man and aim to launch a combined effort claim against ebay - There are four of us now so anyone else ripped off by this asshøle, please get in touch with me and let's see what we can do...
If anyone can contact the latest winner and point him here, please do - eBay won't let me... random blocking of messages as I'm not in a deal with the member... (ducati997)

his homepage looks like he's lifted photo's from other websites... yet he claims a copyright thereby violating the copyrights of the original websites... note the bsk wheel photo. may be a way to force him to remove the photos that lend him the appearance of legitimacy.

i would definitely lodge further complaints with ebay. i would point out to ebay that this guy is using multiple idents to provide himself positive feedback... mr metaluka likes his product from christomotor? puh-lease...

http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedbackFromBuyers&userid=christ omotor&items=-1&item=-1&de=off

his product looks to be hacked or maybe best case damaged/repaired pieces covered in rattle can paint. poor quality photo's are a lame attempt to cover up poor workmanship.

nothing needs to said about his unprofessional if not juvenile conduct.
