Default Cycle Cat DRS-31

Anyone have the Cycle Cat DRS-31 rearsets on their 749/999. If so could you give me the approximate length of the shift lever from the center of the toe piece mounting hole to the center of the splined hole that slides on over the shift shaft. I'm looking into using one of these for a race pattern lever on my 750 racebike to eliminate the linkage. TIA

Here is the info you asked for. The distance between the holes center to center is 4.25 inches for both. The straight lever is the reverse shift lever that is inclluded in the 748-998 kit individual part number LVAL045. The off-set lever is the reverse shift lever from the 749-999 kit, individual part number LVAL047. I hope one will work for you. If you have any questions please call.

I am having problems with the site that is hosting my pics so copy and paste these links. Thanks.

Damn computers. Send me an e-mail and I will send you the pictures.

Vandal thanks for the info. I put a cracked DP 748/996 lever that someone gave me on there to see where it would position the toe piece and it looks as if it would work. Some people have told me however that it is too far inboard. Alex O told me last fall that you guys were coming out with the one for the 749/999 series with the outboard offset. From the pics I saw on your website and the dimensions you just gave me I think it will be just what I want. I'll have my dealer order the part , thanks !
