Default Switching from dual injectors to single injector

Which injectors do you unplug when you are setting up a 996 motor for the track ?

I have a ulti-map single injector chip so I disconnected the outside injectors. It runs but is that correct ? I remember someone telling me there was a preference of which ones to disconnect (inner vs outer) due to the way it mists the fuel into the intake.

Any ideas ?

i always remove the outer ones due to the fact that the std single injector throttle bodies have the injectors on the inside.

i've dynod bikes both ways and seen no real difference.

I removed the inner ones and everything works just fine.

It seems to make no difference - usually a case of which is easiest to get to.
