always funny to see things sell for more on e-bay than in a store or elsewhere on the 'net.

i was watching that auction and hoped it would end cheap so i could pick up an ohlins for my bike, but guess that didn't happen. haha..

The guy that won the auction has zero feedback, i would not be suprized if he backed out of the deal. BTW something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If those dampners are going for that price then maybe someone should put some more on e-bay and make a little money, dont you think? And dont give a guy a hard time for paying that price, it was worth it to him.

Chances are it's the same person selling it just under a different user name bidding it up! This happens all the time!

i doubt it, nobody is crazy enough to "bid" their item to above retail. In the auction the guy himself says the retail is like 349.99, so i doubt he would be SO greedy as to keep bidding up and up and up that high.

MKIA, i'm not saying whether or not its worth it or not to him, but you have to be out of yer mind to pay the same/more for a used item when new is less than that.
