1999 ST4 forks

Does anyone know whether these had the 65mm caliper spacing and 25mm axle like the late model bikes? Going out on a limb, but does anyone know the length of the upper fork tube (the one that mounts to the triples) from cap to seal?

I'm looking for a set of these for a project...
