Where did you get that bar across the back of the bike with that little pouch on it?
Can it carry more weight?

The rack is part of the Ventura Rack system. It's the smaller of the two racks (they're interchangeable) and the sport bag. I also have the other rack and bag. The large bag and rack carriers a lot of gear and you can also attach two bags for even more luggage. Very nice system. I've had it on for years.
I find that the small bag is very handy for everyday use, so I keep it on always.
