Resetting service required sign

I had a new instrument set fitted to my 04 ST4S and have now had the spanner come on after 1000klms. Does anyone know if there is a way to reset the service required warning without the Ducati computer.

On my '02 MS4, you hold down the left button and turn the key on.

Must be done with the mathesis, I was in a similar situation. I tried everything, only to find out that it had to be done with the mathesis.

Completely different from previous models.
