Adjustable clutch handle for MTS

Ok, I am a newbie to the bike stuff so please forgive my ignorance. I want an adjustable clutch handle for my MTS. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to get one and, is it really going to be like everything else for my Italian baby and cost a minimum of $100 or more? Actually, $100...I am not really complaining!!! The only one I have found is a CRG Constructor. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Why did I wait 34 years before I bought a bike????!!!!!
