Default Ducshop 1080 big bore kit

I spoke with Mark Sutton of www.ducshop.com about a week ago when I was down visiting, and their 1080 big bore kits are done (custom made for them by CP Pistons). I was just wondering if anyone is interested in building a Super MTS 1000 ds. I was talking to him, and we both agreed that a near 100rwhp is very obtainable with a full system (Arrow, Termignoni, Remus, Mivv, HPE etc.) a high flow air filter and the custom 1080 CP big bore kit. They are in the process of building their first 1080 kit on the Ducshop sponsored NCR Millona that Mike Smith will be racing this year. Of course, this bike will have a little more performance work done to it like ported heads, over sized valves and cams. At least this will give you an idea of what a new stock DS 1000 engine is capable of. The 100rwhp should be easily obtained since a stock engine makes 85rwhp with a full system and a more (DP) restrictive air intake system, than what is available for the Monster and Supersport versions. A design on a custom open air intake system is underway. Look for more info in the very near future or contact Mark at www.ducshop.com.

Note: Here is a pic of the Millona, available in three versions.
Good luck guys!!!!!!!!

I think you meant Mike Smith. I think I have a better chance of beating Mike Wilson.
