Default Worth parting a 98 Monster 900?

Hi All. I recently picked up a 98 Monster 900 which had previously been down. Before I sink a lot of money into it to make it a nice, running bike; I have been trying to gauge what parts are worth (Motor, frame, forks, etc)? The bike has around 5700 miles, doesn't currently run due to sitting for a while. I would jump to make it into a daily ride but it was one of those deals where the guy who sold it to me said he would get me the title later; I hate waiting.
