Monster info

i am currently looking for a monster project bike, preferably a 900 either carb or efi. are there any model years to avoid, ie small valve motors or any obvious problem years? i am replacing my old 900ss/sp.

info on the motors here... i'd say if you're going with a carb'd bike, look for a 1999 monster 900 S... adjustable forks up front, adjustable shock out back. alloy s'arm with spools for rear stand, full floating cast iron disks up front, floating rear caliper setup and the better motor.

or... any m900ie from '00 up except for the darks which got the lower spec forks.
