Default adding DP turn signals to S4R...works fine until I bolt in the headlight again??!! Help!

Hi there, I just replaced the front and back stock turn signals with the DP turn signals (97066B01A)...I unscrewed the headlight to get easier access to the screws, tested the signals before putting back the headlight and everything worked fine...then when I screw in the bolts on the headlight, there is some electrical mystery going on that causes the signals to no longer work...as soon as i take the head light bolts again..it works!! HELP! any body?

forgot to mention, I am adding this to a 2005 S4R...

Sounds like the headlight 'bucket' is getting pushed back into the wiring bundle behind it, and compromising a connector.

Maybe you can redistribute/ziptie some of the bundle?

so i am retarded...it turns out that even when your wires are crossed, the dp turn signals work just fine. it the second that you remount the head light and screw it back in that a new electrical connection is made which shorts something...long story shorter..swapped wires..workin fine!!
