Default High capacity Monster tank?

Does anyone know if someone make a high capacity tank for the monsters?

I've never made or seen one, but I considered it, & the only way I think it can be done without grossly changing the looks of the tank, is to remove the airbox & extend the bottom on the tank into that area.

You have to build it yourself. (or have someone do it for you) I had a 900SS with 5.9gallons. A friend has a Monster with 5.75gallons. I did both conversions -- I've actually done three 900SS. Both were done by pitching the airbox assembly itself and moving the electrical/battery as low as possible. Cut the bottom out of the gastanks and fabricated new ones and TIG'd it all back together. Pretty easy to be honest. Did both of the above without having to repaint the tanks either!

I have one for sale, slightly used, unknown capacity but believe to be around double, needs a touch up and a fuel pump and cap would be handy other than that just bolt (bungie her on)

I will stuff a cork in the top and put a sail on it, it will make a great self floating pontoon .

Seriously and of interest we are going to measure the volume that it has expanded to just of interest....let ya know.

El Gladiateur, sorry to jack your thread but it is kinda funny that you ask this question and my tank self inflated.
