She'd be really cool if she wanted to pay for it too That is pretty cool though. I heard some people ask this question, but I haven't heard a yes. So I guess probably not, but that doesn't mean much
I haven't heard this either. I've got a feeling they'll slowly shift the whole line to SSS and then do another redesign of the liquid cooled beast in a few years. This is their #1 seller, they probably won't mess with it too much too quickly. But hey, what do I know?
Well, IMHO the Monster still looks as fresh as it did when they launched it. The 998 needed the overhaul to meet the needs of WSBK and increased street performance. Whatever you think of the new look, there is no question that it is both a more comfortable and better handling chassis. But with the Monster I can't see the need to change anything dynamic - so it becomes a style issue.

I agree 100% Aaron, they simply don't date with the design, naked is naked and only a few alien style lights etc change them from the concept.
Being the biggest seller for Ducati they would have to have their head read if they were gonna drastically change it....but then they have done some way stupid things to date as well.
I've heard no rumors about a redesign for '06. I think what we will see is a slow transformation of the whole Monster line to the S4R/S2R layout. Which is hardly a major revision.
