Default Monster High Bend Pipes

Anyone with a Monster sporting high bend exhaust know if you can still mount saddle bags with those guys installed or do they get in the way? Last thing I want is scorched bags or stuff inside the bags. If they do fit any suggestions on good bags for those long rides or overnight trips would be appreciated.

Thanks

I made two 700 mile each way trips, through 100 degree temps, with these CH barrel bags resting on my CF cans. I wouldn't put chocolate bars in them, but everything was fine: cell phone, digi cam, and so on. No problems. Also, that is a great tail bag, if you are interested. There are links to a mini-review buried somewhere in the "Foggy" thread:

I found it on page 8. The little barrel bag(s) are a must have. The pipes are OEM (for the Foggy) full CF Termis.

You might also get one of Chash Harper's barrel bags. They work so well for short trips, I never take mine off any more. I had to buy an extra one to put back on the Schwinn

I think I've "sold" over a dozen of them.
