Default Foggy owners?

I am curious to know how many MS4 Foggy owners are visiting this site? I love the Foggy very much . I think it might be my favorite Ducati out there. Whenever I see one on eBay, I dream about being able to buy it, but it is only a dream. There is one on eBay right now with a good amount of extra goodies, but the price is up there. The look is sooo gorgeous!! Someday, I will be riding one of those. Comments from the owners or others?

Don't dream just do it. It's a great bike.

There is one on the Monster List classifieds at a lower price.

Hey Tom, the one on ebay is advertised as the finest Foggy ever. You might want to speak to them about yours.

But I don't have red frame plugs... Damn it.

What about your bike? You, at least, have red heads...

Lars: You will go to your grave regretting the day you sold your Foggy. Shame on you!

But I don't have your brakes, suspension and sbk heads so I pretty sure you are ahead of me.

Oh, ok (he says blushing).

This is all I have at the moment. I'm going to try to get some decent pics this weekend. Doing a Mulholland run/Rockstore pose on Saturday with Dirk and a Honda CBX (!), wanta go?

Yeah Rick, let's see those beauties

Did Guy, or anyone, take pics of your heads before they were intstalled? Combustion chambers, valves, ports? They're 37/31, right?

btw, I'm getting mapped week after next. The bike feels really strong now though...did I mention I milled my heads a little

it would be good to see all of those pictures if you had them. any pictures would be good to see.

i had spoke to Guy for about an hour or more when he was in daytona last year and we had talked about doing the porting and larger valves. i like Guy and i believe he does great work.

so come on post those pictures and any dyno info you may have.

Some photos as promised:

As far as dyno info I did the Seattle Ducati Dyno. It's been overly discussed here.http://www.ducatimonster.org/c...91763
I don't have any pics of the raw heads or the finished work. Guy did his full monte so to speak. Valves, porting, collets, opener rockers, etc. Cams degreed with STM pulleys. Gas mileage 40mpg down to 25 mpg. I don't have a external ecu controller (PCIII) yet. Runs real strong from 4-10k. Doesn't like below 4k too much probably too much fuel.

Beautiful bike Rick, what would you think about a red frame & black triples to set it off?

I can see black triples but my imagination can't grasp the red frame. When it comes to colors and coordination I'm an idiot. Ask my wife.

So far about 500 miles on the rims. Mostly commuter miles with an occasional burst. I would say that they noticably affect acceleration, turning and deceleration in a very postive way.

Very nice! I forgot about the CF wheels...mmmmm. What's next?

I remember (?) you told me they set the squish on your engine to 1mm. Do you have any idea what is was as shipped?

what needs to be done is a pose down of your bikes and a list of mods with your dyno charts.

i would jump in but i only own a lowly S4
