Default Steering Damper Rebuild

Has anyone ever rebuilt the steering damper on the MH? I have a leak and Ducati does not sell a rebuild kit. Or is there a good replacement that won't cost as much as an Ohlins?

Heya izzug

The MH OEM is non fixable and is one for the art closet unfortunately.

I bought a M Toby from Chris Kelley, fully adjustable and rebuildable, from the 916 but they fit straight on no issues at all with either the OEM MH bracket or the Toby bracket.

Forget the Ohlins, they are sailing on their name brand, there are dampers equal to or better than for less coin.
